Orders over HK$500: Free shipping.
Orders under HK$500: A flat shipping fee of HK$50 applies.
Standard delivery and installation fees do not apply to Ma Wan and the Outlying Islands.
Ma Wan & Outlying Islands: Delivery cost will be calculated separately based on the item size and specific location.

ONSITE INSPECTION AND DELIVERY
BLANCO Choice.All Drink System
Onsite Inspection: Once your order is placed, we will schedule an onsite inspection to ensure your space meets all technical requirements for installation.
Delivery & Setup: Upon inspection approval, your unit will be delivered within 3 to 6 business days by our official logistics team—either delivered directly or bundled with your installation appointment.
Unsuitable Site Refund Policy: If the inspection determines that your site is unsuitable for installation, we will refund your order in full, minus an inspection fee of HK$500.
Accessories & Refills (CO₂ Cylinders, Replacement Filters & Care Items)
Shipped directly via local logistics providers for fast, convenient delivery.

INSTALLATION
When purchasing through our webshop, you can choose between professional installation or self-installation.
1) Professional Installation Service
Installation fee: The cost of standard Installation is 1200 HKD per system
Scheduling: Our customer service team will reach out to you within 48 to 72 hours of your purchase to arrange a convenient installation slot.
Timeline: Installations are typically scheduled within 14 to 21 days following purchase.
Delivery: The Drink System will be bundled with your installation appointment
Important Notes on Installation:
Additional location/accessibility fees may apply for remote or restricted areas.
If your kitchen setup requires cabinet modifications, plumbing adaptations, or extra electrical work, additional costs may apply based on a custom quote.
2) Self-Installation
If you prefer to install the system yourself, please consult our Installation Guidelines to ensure your kitchen meets all necessary spatial, water pressure, and electrical requirements before proceeding.
